하루숨 서비스 이용약관

본 약관은 하루숨(이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 하루숨 애플리케이션 및 웹사이트를 포함한 모든 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 개발자와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

서비스를 이용하시는 경우, 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 약관을 주의 깊게 읽어보시기 바랍니다.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 하루숨(이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 하루숨 앱 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 개발자와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

  1. "서비스"란 개발자가 제공하는 일정 관리, 플래너, 일기, 만다라트, AI 어시스턴트 등의 기능을 포함하는 모바일 애플리케이션 및 관련 웹 서비스를 의미합니다.
  2. "이용자" 또는 "사용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 모든 개인 또는 법인을 의미합니다.
  3. "계정"이란 서비스 이용을 위해 이용자가 생성한 고유 식별 정보를 의미합니다.
  4. "콘텐츠"란 이용자가 서비스를 통해 생성, 업로드, 공유하는 모든 데이터, 텍스트, 이미지, 정보 등을 의미합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

본 약관은 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 이용자에 대하여 그 효력을 발생합니다. 개발자는 필요한 경우 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 통지합니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

개발자는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다:

제5조 (유료 서비스 및 구독)

서비스의 일부 기능은 유료로 제공됩니다 (Pro 구독).

제6조 (AI 서비스 이용)

AI 어시스턴트 기능은 Pro 구독자에게만 제공됩니다.

제7조 (계정 삭제 및 서비스 이용 종료)

이용자는 언제든지 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

주의: 계정 삭제와 구독 해지는 별개입니다. 계정 삭제만으로는 Apple App Store 구독이 자동으로 해지되지 않으므로, 구독 해지는 별도로 진행해야 합니다.

제8조 (면책조항 및 책임의 한계)

개발자는 서비스에서 제공하는 정보의 정확성, 신뢰성, 완전성을 보장하지 않습니다. 서비스의 내용은 참고용이며, 최종 판단 및 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

개발자는 이용자가 서비스 이용과 관련하여 입은 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며, 이용자는 서비스를 자신의 책임 하에 이용해야 합니다.

제9조 (지적재산권 및 저작권)

하루숨 앱 및 웹사이트의 모든 콘텐츠, 디자인, 로고, 텍스트, 그래픽, 이미지, 아이콘, 소프트웨어 코드 등은 개발자의 지적재산권에 속하며, 저작권법 및 기타 관련 법률에 의해 보호됩니다.

이용자는 개발자의 사전 서면 동의 없이 다음 행위를 할 수 없습니다:

제10조 (준거법 및 관할법원)

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 개발자와 이용자 간에 발생한 분쟁에 대하여는 대한민국 법원이 관할합니다.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Harusoom application and website (the "Service") provided by Harusoom (the "Developer"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Developer and users regarding the use of the Harusoom app service (the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means the mobile application and related web services provided by the Developer, including schedule management, planner, diary, mandalart, AI assistant, and other features.
  2. "User" means any individual or entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. "Account" means the unique identification information created by the user to use the Service.
  4. "Content" means all data, text, images, information, etc. created, uploaded, or shared by users through the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms are effective for all users who wish to use the Service. The Developer may amend these Terms within the scope not violating applicable laws, and will notify users through in-app notices or email when changes are made.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)

The Developer provides the following services:

Article 5 (Paid Services and Subscriptions)

Some features of the Service are provided on a paid basis (Pro subscription).

Article 6 (AI Service Usage)

AI assistant features are only available to Pro subscribers.

Article 7 (Account Deletion and Service Termination)

Users may request account deletion at any time.

Note: Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Account deletion alone does not automatically cancel your Apple App Store subscription, so you must cancel your subscription separately.

Article 8 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided through the Service. The Service content is for reference only, and the final judgment and responsibility lie with the user.

The Developer is not liable for any damages incurred by users in relation to the use of the Service, and users must use the Service at their own risk.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property and Copyright)

All content, design, logos, text, graphics, images, icons, software code, and other materials of the Harusoom app and website are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by copyright law and other applicable laws.

Users may not, without the Developer's prior written consent, engage in the following acts:

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes between the Developer and users arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.

本規約は、ハルスム（以下「開発者」）が提供するハルスムアプリケーションおよびウェブサイトを含むすべてのサービス（以下「サービス」）の利用に関して、開発者と利用者間の権利、義務および責任事項、その他必要な事項を規定することを目的とします。

サービスを利用する場合、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。規約を注意深くお読みください。

第1条（目的）

本規約は、ハルスム（以下「開発者」）が提供するハルスムアプリサービス（以下「サービス」）の利用に関して、開発者と利用者間の権利、義務および責任事項、その他必要な事項を規定することを目的とします。

第2条（定義）

  1. 「サービス」とは、開発者が提供するスケジュール管理、プランナー、日記、マンダラート、AIアシスタントなどの機能を含むモバイルアプリケーションおよび関連ウェブサービスを意味します。
  2. 「利用者」または「ユーザー」とは、本規約に同意しサービスを利用するすべての個人または法人を意味します。
  3. 「アカウント」とは、サービス利用のために利用者が作成した固有の識別情報を意味します。
  4. 「コンテンツ」とは、利用者がサービスを通じて作成、アップロード、共有するすべてのデータ、テキスト、画像、情報などを意味します。

第3条（規約の効力および変更）

本規約は、サービスを利用しようとするすべての利用者に対して効力を発生します。開発者は、必要な場合、関連法令に違反しない範囲で本規約を変更することができ、変更時はアプリ内通知またはメールで通知します。

第4条（サービスの提供および変更）

開発者は、以下のサービスを提供します：

第5条（有料サービスおよび購読）

サービスの一部機能は有料で提供されます（Pro購読）。

第6条（AIサービスの利用）

AIアシスタント機能は、Pro購読者のみに提供されます。

第7条（アカウント削除およびサービス利用終了）

利用者は、いつでもアカウント削除をリクエストできます。

注意: アカウント削除と購読解約は別です。アカ우ント削除だけでは、Apple App Storeの購読が自動的に解約されないため、購読解約は別途行う必要があります。

第8条（免責事項および責任の制限）

開発者は、サービスで提供する情報の正確性、信頼性、完全性を保証しません。サービスの内容は参考用であり、最終的な判断および責任は利用者にあります。

開発者は、利用者がサービス利用に関連して被った損害について責任を負わず、利用者は自分の責任でサービスを利用する必要があります。

第9条（知的財産権および著作権）

ハルスムアプリおよびウェブサイトのすべてのコンテンツ、デザイン、ロゴ、テキスト、グラフィック、画像、アイコン、ソフトウェアコードなどは、開発者の知的財産権に属し、著作権法およびその他の関連法律によって保護されています。

利用者は、開発者の事前書面同意なしに次の行為を行うことはできません：

第10条（準拠法および管轄裁判所）

本規約は、大韓民国の法令に従って規律され、解釈されます。サービス利用に関連して開発者と利用者間に発生した紛争については、大韓民国の裁判所が管轄します。
